Where we deliver
We will deliver to most addresses within Australia and also selected International Addresses. We require a street address for delivery - unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however, we may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products. If you have any questions regarding your delivery address please email us on concierge.com
How and when we deliver
All deliveries are made 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. For orders placed before 4:00 pm on a weekday
- 5-10 working days for delivery to most large regional towns.
- Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.
We engage external couriers for delivery - We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cost of delivery
Our Flat Rate Fee
Free delivery applies to delivery of internet orders within Australia for over AUD100 and outside Australia for over AUD200. This offer includes international shipping. We use AusPost/DHL standard courier service for our local and international deliveries for order. We do not deliver to Post Boxes.
If you order is below AUD100 within Australia, a flat fees of AUD10.00 will be applied as shipping cost. If you order is below AUD200 outside Australia, a flat fees of AUD20.00 will be applied as shipping cost. Your order may take 5-10 working days to be delivered.
Remote Area Shipping
If you live in a remote or rural area of Australia you may experience a slightly longer delivery time.
